Every business in the Pure family runs through Pure HR Solutions for staffing, payroll, compliance, marketing, and more.

How does the hiring process work?

When a Pure enterprise business needs to hire, Pure HR Solutions manages the entire process from start to finish. We create the job posting, distribute it across multiple platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, design the compensation package, set up workers’ compensation, classify the hire as W2 or independent contractor, complete all onboarding documentation, set up timesheets, and handle the exit process when the time comes. The hiring business owner stays informed without having to manage a single step themselves.

Do you handle payroll for all biz?

Yes. Pure HR Solutions processes payroll for every active business in the Pure enterprise. We handle bi-weekly and monthly pay cycles, W2 and 1099 preparation, federal and state tax withholding, timesheet review, and year-end tax document distribution. Each business has its own payroll structure managed centrally so nothing falls through the cracks and every team member gets paid accurately and on time.

Can outside companies work with you?

Currently Pure HR Solutions operates exclusively in service of the Pure enterprise family of businesses. Our full focus is on supporting every company under Zakia Natice Ritchie’s ownership at the highest level. As the enterprise grows we may explore select external partnerships in the future.
